Hate the Sin not the Child

Hate the sin, not God's child.

Hate to win the sin nature wild.

If you hate the sin, and love them pure,

you may see light, and them to lure.

I know it's hard not to win,

and you believe they are wrong,

but once you see their sin,

you will believe and sing God's song.

Help me Lord to be loving today.

Please help me in every way.

I want to be soft and truly love.

I want to embrace your spirit

- and fly away to you as pure as a dove. . .
